Candidates for Sterilization: This is simple. If you are a pedophile- you're an automatic candidate for sterilization. Snip it. If you are the parent of a child and willfully cause them harm or death- or allow someone else (that boyfriend with the criminal record) to cause harm or death to your child- you are a candidate for sterilization. Snip it. After proving a pattern of not taking care of children you've already had, you should lose the beautiful privilege to bring more innocent babies into this world. Snip it.

Basically, if you are not willing to be- or raise- an accountable,
somewhat well adjusted member of society, then please don't breed.
We- as your neighbor, your fellow Americans- should not have to carry
a permanent burden of keeping you and your kiddos safe and healthy.
